Brief Introduction of the Company
Jiann-Chang Food Co., Ltd. was established on June 10, 1982. The fermented carambola and asparagus puree was the main product at the early stage. Since the product quality won positive opinions from customers, the vegetable and fruit puree from sugarcane, guava, mango, orange, carrot, etc. was thus added to the product line in order to meet the market demand. Because the old factory could not satisfy the actual demand any more, a new factory wad set up at the current location inside the Yih Jwu Industrial Zone. Based on the GMP standards, the fermenting pond was first installed, and then the factory building was well organized before the installation of freezing and refrigerating equipment. When completed in December 1993, the new factory officially started operation.
